At Ryan Meadows Group, we like to take away the hassle associated with a building project so all of our builders offer an array of trades in-house so that projects progress smoothly without any unnecessary delays.

Each job has its own personal contract between you and the builder giving you, the customer, the extra reassurance that we are as serious about the project as you.

The size of our business means that we can provide labour for both large infrastructure work and small extension type projects. There is no limit to what we can offer at Ryan Meadows Group.

Our Extension and Renovation Process:

After Making First Contact

Upon contacting us, one of our surveyors will make contact with you referencing Ryan Meadows Group. On this initial call, we will ask for some brief information regarding your requirements and whether you have planning permission if required and a clear set of building control drawings (provided by your architect).

Contractor Visit

One of our designated contractors will then book a face-face appointment with you at your project site. During this visit, the designated contractor will take a good look at the project and its surroundings to ensure no issues would occur.

No Obligation Quote

Once the designated contractor has attended the project site, they will then put together a fully comprehensive estimated quote for you which you have no obligation to go with.

Contracts & Deposit Payment

If we are successful in the tender process and the quote is accepted, we will then issue a contract to be signed by both parties and once agreed, we will ask for a 33% deposit to secure the start date of the project, the required contractors, labour and materials.

Assigned Project Manager & Contractor Schedule

Each job will have its very own assigned Project Manager who will coordinate directly with you throughout the process and will keep you updated regarding the schedules of works so you’ll never be left guessing who is next through the door or what stage the project is at.
